We currently deliver to addresses throughout Australia.

Shipping Cost
We offer free tracked standard delivery on BREEZD orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes
Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, weather, customs or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing
Please allow additional time for your order to be processed before dispatch. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Multiple Items
Products may be fulfilled from different locations. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your order details.

Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window, please contact BREEZD with your order number so we can investigate.
